1.Resins

a.Select qualified polypropylene (PP) resins (virgin preferred)
b.Verify strength, MFI, UV compatibility

2.Tape Yarn Extrusion

a.PP resins are melted and extruded into tapes
b.Tapes are stretched (orientation) for tensile strength
c.Initial yarn tensile & elongation testing

3.Weaving

a.Tapes wound onto bobbins
b.Circular or flat looms produce PP woven fabric (plain weave)
c.Fabric tensile (warp & weft), GSM and visual inspection

4.Fabric Coating / Lamination (If Required)

a.Extrusion coating 15–80 microns for moisture barrier or sealability
b.Mandatory surface treatment (corona/plasma) before coating
c.Adhesion and thickness control

5.Cutting and Printing

a.Fabric cut into panels
b.Sheet printing (logos, instructions, handling marks)

6.Sewing / Bag Making

a.Panels stitched together manually or semi‑automatically
b.Loop attachment, seam reinforcement

7.Quality Control

a.In‑process and final inspections
b.Dimension, stitching, cleanliness checks

8.Compression and Packing

a.Bags compressed, baled and export‑packed

9.Testing & Test Reports

a.UV Resistance Test
b.Safety Factor Test (5:1 or 6:1)
c.Conductivity Test (Type C / D)
d.Non‑flammability / Anti‑static (if required)
